Hey friend, 

On the journey of self led education- its easy to get caught in the idea of information & knowledge.

But the truth is… it is not information or knowledge that allows people to move forward.

Online right now exists for free or very cheap, all the information and knowledge required to be healthy, wealthy and free. But less than 1% of the population are.

Because it is not knowledge or information or the intellect that allows people to move forward- beyond what they know.

See friend, the intellect is all about the mind.

Which some would say is a man-made construct, in absence of the soul. Man only goes to the mind, when he is not present. When he is not present to his own soul.

And its common, when you see someone go down the path of self discovery - to fall into a pile of books (me included) and to go down the path of elevating the ideas and thoughts of others- which in turn denies their own brilliance, and their own soul.

Intellectualism is a regurgitation of the ideas of others. A memorisation of curious talking points you didn’t discover. And for the most part (consciously or unconsciously) created for the service of impressing others- and to be seen by others in a certain way.

Intellectualism is missing embodiment. 

When you meet somebody who has embodied an idea- they don’t need to tell you about it. You learn all you need by just being in their presence.

Any material you enjoy or get something from… most definitely was created or encountered in a state of presence and soulfulness. 

Now, you can continue to eat the scraps of others moments of presence…

or you connect to your own.

The wisdom of others, is only so useful as it becomes an invitation into your own wisdom.
