stress
Hey friend,
Stress is a modern plague, and it dictates the lives of most.
The feeling or sensation of stress, is a key metric of most peoples decision making process as to whether they do something or not.
But few stop to consider what stress is.
Stress is scattered attention. Being pulled in many different directions at once, and trying to manage all the different parts.
Stress is present, because a decision is yet to be made.
To decide, is to cut away away.
See, when you make a clear decision about where you are going, you no longer need to drag everything and everyone along with you. Don’t need to manage all these little things.
When you make a strong decision, what resonates will join you & come with you, what doesn’t resonate will not. There is not forcing or dragging or managing.
Stress comes from not making a clear decision & therefore trying to manage all these things, people, situations.
