poverty of experience

Hey friend,

Aristotle said, “the fate of empires lies on the education of its youth“

You can see pretty clearly the trajectory of the “empire“ of the western world over the last 20 years and no doubt the education system played a big role in this. If not in another way than creating passive, unchallenging people.

The current education system breeds the “weak men who create hard times.“

See friend, nearly everyone has accepted such a poverty of existence.

A great accepted poverty in regards to…

What they want to create with their life

The projects they would like to bring to life

The wealth they would like to create

The freedom & space to do what the thing that speaks to their heart.

This poverty of education has created a poverty of dreams, a poverty of understanding and poverty of action, a poverty of imagination when it comes to the possibilities available.

See, I wanted to create something beyond this poverty.

I realised the wealth is never missing. Only the space to receive it.

So i went beyond the system that I found myself in. And decide to create my own path.

A self-navigated further education. Where I took responsibility for my own education, my experiences and my own life.

The result? The truth is… 8 years in- I’m barely getting started. But the wealth is definitely present.

- Jay
