new home.

Hey friend,

This week I finally signed the lease on my new place here in Buenos Aires which will serve as my base for the next 2 years at least.

I plan to spend around 8 months a year here, do trips each month through south america, and then spend the remaining months in Europe.

It’s been a big process setting up a base here. All the documents needed for residency and the citizenship pathway, checking out places and finding somewhere special, navigating the whole rental process. But it feels good to be building some solid foundations.

I move into the new place in a week.

It’s definitely going to be the most incredible place that I have ever lived. Its literally next door to the south korean embassy. So its big and beautiful.

Its 120 year old French building, 6 metre high art deco ceilings, 3 fireplaces, massive rooftop with a parrilla.

Im doing a fair bit of planning atm for how I am going to setup the space (it comes empty), from the living area, office, gym, music & art space, studio for content, space for hosting people.

It’s been a significant process for me already and I haven’t even moved in yet.

I look forward to sharing more.
