helping others...

Hey friend,

On the growth journey, there’s a lot of inspiration.

There’s a lot of new awareness, insight & understanding.

And in this process its common to want to try & help everyone around you.

To try & fix everyones problems. Solve their issues. And give to them, the very thing that you are receiving.

In my understanding, this is a waste of time.

The desire to try to help & change others, is generally a distraction from the changing the only life that you can truly change, which is your own.

It’s often an unconscious excuse to not confront your own path with full intensity.

It’s easy to get people at the start of their journey quick wins, and progress.

And while it is stimulating, sometimes exciting and may feel good, its ultimately futile.

If you truly want to help others, and see them grow and step into their own potential and significance, the greatest thing that you can do, is step into your own.

Your attention was created specifically for you to receive.
