i dont care
Hey friend,
A decision that I have made for my life is this…
“I don’t care what it feels like”
See, to be fulfilled (full filled) is to be able to receive the fullness of life, all of life
Not just what feels good
And at least half of life doesn’t feel great
It’s uncomfortable, unsettling, unfamiliar, painful
And so the common way, is to reject that half of life
To refuse to receive it
To distract ourselves from it, run from it, ignore it, attempt to avoid it
However, “the desire to escape the unescape & avoid the unavoidable, is the source of all human suffering”
The ability to receive all of life & all of what you are
To receive everything that wants to pass through you
Will dictate your ability to move into greater spaces, with greater ease
To experience all of life
You must allow all of life to move through you.
Much easier to write an email about, than to live.
