courage

Hey friend, 

In my alternative model of further education (an education in the world) there’s a key pillar that cannot be missed. 

I speak it about it less, because maybe to me, its obvious.

It’s courage.

If you want to create a life of freedom, of sovereignty, of authenticity, of creation…

Courage will be required. 

The courage to be different. 

The courage to be misunderstood. 

The courage to be in solitude.

The courage to do what many consider impossible, silly, a scam, selfish, irresponsible, a fantasy. 

The courage to walk a sometimes uncomfortable path.

The courage to draw outside of the lines with your life. 

Nobody is teaching courage. 

At school you were programmed to be a risk-averse, comfort seeking, security assured, docile, obedient student. Who would grow up, and do what he is told- and never require a single ounce of courage. 

So that when challenge came, you would look to your boss, your government, social institutions, the church, or some authority outside of you, to protect you- to tell you what to do next.

Courage.

If you want to walk the path of your own creation. Courage will be required.
