common unity.
Hey friend,
I have benefitted a lot from different communities during my life.
Times when I have been able to be in contact with people who had a relationship to life that I desired.
That had businesses, skills, ideas- that I wanted to embody.
The in person “transmission” of information is much more than words, or instruction, a even an expected standard- its undeniably energetic.
And now why I am truly grateful for those experiences, owe much to them, and no doubt I will have more of them, there’s a reason that I am not currently immersed in a physical environment or community of strictly likeminded people who may push me, and encourage me closer to my exact goals.
For the most part, while I have great connection & intimacy with friends here in Ba- to a certain degree I am quite isolated ideologically, & in regard to my values.
However this is important for me. And valuable for me.
For this reason…
While community (common unity) is a powerful tool, to pick up the values & beliefs & habits of a certain group of people….
And, while to be apart of a winning culture (to be cultured), can be very inspiring and pull out something greater in you than you thought was previously there…
It is ultimately sub-optimal.
Because, the very nature of the situation reaffirms & confirms your dependance & reliance to get from others, what you have not learnt how to give yourself.
To be inspired by others, because you haven’t learnt to inspire yourself.
To be held to a higher standard by others, because you haven’t learn to hold yourself.
To be acknowledged & received by others, because you haven’t learnt how to receive you.
To receive the wisdom & advice of others, because you haven’t yet learnt how to access the ultimate source of wisdom for your life, you.
It reaffirms the fact that there could ever be anything that you could not give yourself.
Now, I understand that this is a much bigger invitation.
A much longer journey.
And requires a much greater level of commitment & attention, than the common paths which could potentially be more comfortable in the short term.
However, for me- the whole path, is the only path.
