the best teachers
Hey friend,
I’ve built several 7 figure online businesses in the online education space. Not with my own products but working alongside educators.
Just received this award in the mail yesterday from last year.
This is my father with me below … but that story is for another email 🙂
I spend a great deal of my time pondering the process of growth.
For the students in the programs, the educators and the businesses themselves.
One of the the biggest thing I have noticed?
The best educators are those who teach in order to go deeper for themselves.
The process of teaching for them, is a vehicle for them to understand their own ideas at a deeper level and discover them in a way only a teacher could.
It’s why I believe the natural progression of every student is to become a teacher. Teaching could be one of the most important parts of the learning journey.
Now this idea is very different from the average high school teacher.
They have nothing to offer their students but government led curriculum.
They aren’t interested in learning, in going deeper themselves.
They (on average) haven’t scratched the surface of the depths of what they are. They are there for comfort, a safe government job, good holidays, and some misguided idea that they are being of service. Whatever natural curiosity for life and learning they had, died long ago. And so the average student becomes the same.
The world needs more proper educators. Educators who are actually in practise. Who are using the process of teaching for themselves to understand reality & life & themselves at a deeper level.
In ancient Sparta, the best warriors were put in charge of the education of the next generation.
We have the opposite of this today.
Now, this doesn’t mean that everyone should make a business out of teaching and that be their sole income…but it means everyone wanting to grow should probably teach in some regard.
The focus of the teaching should always be about you (the teacher), about your elevation, your expansion, your deeper understanding.
Because thats the only way you can ever really help the student.

PS. This can be where a lot of young people go wrong- they get a taste of personal development and the great world of their own elevation and try and make it their full time income teaching straight away what they just learnt, instead of focusing on their own journey and actually practising- and then they shift their focus from going deeper themselves, to trying to get new clients to pay rent. If you just focus on going deeper yourself- it’ll make the business side of this 1 million times easier when the time does come.
PPS. At the end of January ill be hosting a live q&a chat for anyone that refers 3 or more people to this email, this month 🙂 use the link below to share it.
