"be yourself"

Hey friend,

Jung said, “the greatest privilege of your lifetime is to become what you truly are”

And its commonly said, “just be yourself”

As if that isn’t the most significant thing that you could ever hope to be.

See, people will spend their whole avoiding this journey into themselves.

They will study yoga, breath work, they will read all the great books of the west & the east.

They will consume all the information, go to all the retreats and workshops,

Take all the medicine

They will study with dedication & intensity

All because they are unable to receive themselves.

All because they believe true wisdom could never come out of their own soul.

The real journey isn’t in the consumption of the information & ideas of others.

The real journey isn’t in the path that others may be able to witness & see.

The real journey isn’t the Camino de Santiago, or the summit of Everest- that others may applaud, congratulate & encourage.

The real journey is the journey that only you could ever go on.

The journey that only you can see.

The great journey into you.

The journey that you could never describe or explain to others if you tried.

You are your greatest adventure.

You are the deepest mystery.

You are the thing to conquer.

You are in fact, the great unknown itself.
